Major (Retd.) Pradeep Khare holds a double Masters degree in Mathematics and Education. He has been a merit scholar throughout his educational career. He was commissioned in the Army Educational Corps in 1979. During the two decades of his service in the Army, he was mainly dealing with officers’ training at premier institutions like Indian Military Academy, National Defence Academy, Army Educational Corps Training College & Centre and Sainik School, Kapurthala. After taking premature retirement from the Army, he has now settled down in Bhopal (MP). He is an Educational Consultant, a keynote speaker and a trainer of Personality Development. He is a keen reader and an active blogger.

इस पुस्तक के लेखक मेजर प्रदीप खरे (से.नि.) गणित व शिक्षा में परास्नातक हैं। अपने पूरे शिक्षाकाल में उनका नाम मेरिट लिस्ट में सुशोभित रहा है। 1979 में आर्मी एजूकेशन कोर में उनकी नियुक्ति हुई थी। सैन्य सेवा के अपने दो दशकों के दौरान वे मुख्य रूप से सेना के प्रमुख प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों से जुड़े रहे, जैसे—इंडियन मिलिट्री एकेडमी, नेशनल डिफेंस एकेडमी, आर्मी एजूकेशन कोर ट्रेनिंग कॉलेज एंड सेंटर और सैनिक स्कूल कपूरथला। सेना से स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति लेकर अब भोपाल में बस गए हैं। वे शैक्षणिक परामर्शदाता, प्रेरक वक्ता और व्यक्तित्व विकास के प्रशिक्षक व प्रणेता हैं। वे बहुत अध्ययनशील तथा ब्लॉग पर सक्रिय रहनेवाले हैं। इस पुस्तक में प्रस्तुत सफलता की गाथाओं को उनके ब्लॉग www.fragranceofsuccess.word press.com पर बड़ी संख्या में सराहना मिली है।
