Najmussehar, a post-graduate in English Literature, is also a post-graduate diploma holder in Radio Broadcasting. Besides creative writing, she has been active in teaching as well. She has several books to her credit and specializes in compiling dictionaries on various subjects. At present she is associate editor with a multinational publishing house.
