The General Officer has held various instructional & staff appointments like the Chief Instructor and Principal of Autonomous College at AEC Trg College and Centre, Pachmarhi (MP), OSD (Def) in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Principal Military Schools and Sainik Schools, where the Officer trained students for NDA (being Ex-Psychologist) and produced outstanding results. The author plays Tennis, Golf, Badminton and is trained in Yoga and Stress Management. The General Officer also led Indian Ice Hockey Team as Manager to Japan in Jul 2002.
He was awarded COAS Commendation Card in 1998, VCOAS Commendation Card in 2007 for training 90,000 personnel in Yoga and Stress Management inculding Officers, Families & Jawans, Rashtriya Vidya Saraswati Puraskar by the International Institute of Education and Management and ‘Jewel of India Award’ by the Indian Solidarity Council in 2008 for his contribution in the field of education, Vishisht Seva Medal in 2011 as Inspection Officer Sainik Schools Society and AVSM by the President of India on 26 January 2012 for his outstanding work in AEC Trg College & Centre, Pachmarhi.
