Suffering people going through complex circumstances may fear judgement from others. They may be clueless to find, confide their current status to an expert or seek professional help. Early intervention through epic counselling may break the chain of a serious problem. There are eighteen case studies presented in a story form to guide and counsel on varied issues of utmost importance. The intention of the book is to emphasise on the Global wellbeing inspired from the ancient holy Scripture of Indian Origin, ‘The Srimad Bhagavad Gita’.

Dr. S.B. Gita Narahari is PhD in Psychology with two decades of Counselling experience in three States of India. This is her second book in Psychology. A parental defence background and being an Indian Administrative Service Officer's wife, makes her strongly patriotic in outlook. So, she emphasises on the need to instil fighting spirit to overcome any challenges in life. Schooled in Kendriya Vidyalaya's, a pan Indian perspective is predominant in her application of psychological concepts to reality. She conceived the synthesis of an epic and psychology for easier consumption of the readers in distress. The success rate of her counselling outcome is commendable. The book is inspired from the deeply intensive purposeful conversation between Krishna and Arjuna during the war at Kurukshetra.
