Dr. Shikha Jain is a keen researcher and scholar, residing in Mumbai. She had obtained her Ph-D. in the field of Public Administration in the year 2013. She had qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship, UGC, in the year 2007. She is a recipient of fellowship from ICSSR. She has authored several articles and research papers published in reputed national journals and books. She also co-authored a book ‘Patna Parichay’ in 2013. She has attended and presented papers in national and international seminars and conferences. She has also successfully competed in Bihar Administrative Service in the year 2010.
