He is also Post Graduated in Rural Development from P.G Department of Anthropology Ranchi University, Ranchi. He has participated and presented his papers in more than 40 seminars at national and international level. He is recipient of many prestigious award for his contributions in the field of Social and cultural anthropology.
Dr. Birendra, an administrator and social scientist was born in Jamui district of Bihar. He is a postgraduate in Veterinary Science, Economics and MBA (Finance). Dr. Abhishek Chauhan is presently working as Assistant Professor in KIMDS Namkum Ranchi, Jharkhand. Dr. Chauhan has completed his Post Graduation, M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Anthropology from P.G Department of Anthropology Ranchi University, Ranchi Jharkhand. He has also received Gold Medal for his excellence performance in P. G Anthropology Ranchi University Ranchi. He is an eminent Social Cultural Anthropologist, who has also been expertise in the field of Tribal & Rural Development policies, schemes and programmes.
